- Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

💰 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
🔀 Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only.
- Please share a photo/video of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to hello@nabhyam.com.
- A replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days after verification.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products purchased during sale or with discount codes (unless defective).
